TradePak is built for people running trade and service businesses, and we want that to include people using assistive technology. This page describes where things stand today and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.
We aim for TradePak's website and dashboard to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the commonly used standard for web accessibility. This is a goal we're actively working toward, not a certification we've had independently audited.
TradePak has been built with accessibility in mind - semantic HTML, keyboard-usable interactive elements, and reasonable color contrast throughout most of the app - but it hasn't yet gone through a full accessibility audit. That means there are likely gaps we haven't caught ourselves. We'd rather be upfront about that than claim full compliance we can't back up.
If you use assistive technology and run into something in TradePak that doesn't work the way it should, we want to know. Tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened, and we'll look into it. Reach us at support@gettradepak.com.
Accessibility isn't a one-time project - we treat issues reported here the same as any other bug and work to fix them as they come up. This page will be updated as that work progresses.
